SpetsInterProject is a company group established in Finland, Russia and Ukraine. SpetsInterProject Oy is located in Helsinki, Finland. In Russia our main office is in Moscow (SpetsInterProject OOO, www.reach.ru ). In Ukraine our main office is in Kharkiv (Ukraine Chemical Agency OOO, www.reach.ua ).

We provide a wide range of services to non-European manufacturers of chemical substances, preparations and articles. Our services are mainly related to the new European Community Regulation on chemicals and their safe use (EC 1907/2006). It deals with the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemical substances (REACH). The new law entered into force on 1 June 2007.

SpetsInterProject Oy has been appointed as “Only Representative” of dozens of Russian and Ukraine manufacturers. Our clients consist of chemical manufacturers and oil refineries, ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy companies, federal state enterprises.
